Marshmallow is often used to reduce nicotine addiction. You can find the plant as a tea or capsules in almost any pharmacy or natural pharmacy. If you decide to take the capsules, starting with two or three 3 times daily with meals, then gradually reduce the dose. Tea can be taken two to three times daily or as needed. No more, including more than two weeks at a time, although there is no side effects safe to take a herbal product to your body a break. When my mother tried to quit, I gave him a cup of tea of marshmallow and said that helped tremendously. It eliminates toxins and helps with anxiety. Some other herbs that can help you, because their detoxifying properties: dandelion, yellowdock, sarsaparilla, licorice root, burdock, and acts as a catalyst for the Cayenne.

Have you read it, "The easy way to stop smoking" by Allen Carr is the only way to stop smoking. I spent almost 3 months and suffered no withdrawal.
