I do not know if that will help you feel better, I have the same thermostat and the instructions are useless. They are wrong. I HTM611A model. However, most of them the same.
You can not program the thermostat. When I follow the instructions and use the Copy function, at most, that all can be done in one day. I can manually run either every day. Noma was made by the USP.
Now I'm with manual on and off (rise time of the ascent and descent), which is very long, especially when put noise in the morning for work. Undoubtedly, the unit breaks down very quickly lead.
Of course it may well be that the power supply a few bad batches.
I am trying to contact the customer service UPM: 1-888-468-6876, but in conversation with a source of revenue for the minimum wage in India, which has a very strong accent, is not fun.
