depends on the camouflage is to win the game without warning. and the cloth is to kill the game without that (win the enemies you can kill enemies without driver). For the long run this code can enter (deskyhstyl) into the password menu with extras, but needs to get the first game, the password option to win.
Well, if you win exit the game without being killed, or alerts, and get the Big Boss emblem, all in one piece through you get the bandana, camouflage, and all the Big Boss Emblem stuf without the game 3 times
